Since 2013 the NCBC Scholarship/Tuition Assistance program has assisted deserving, qualified NCBC members in their pursuit of continuing education. In the past two years, the program has awarded over $4000.00 in scholarship and tuition assistance. Recipients can receive up to $500.00 which can be used for attendance at the annual conference or for approved continuing education courses. Eligibility requirements are as follows:

- Must be a current NCBC member and in good standing for a minimum of the last two consecutive years.
- Must be a deputy clerk, currently employed by the U.S. Courts.
- Must complete the application process before the deadline provided.
- Applications must be received no later than May 30, 2015.
